I found the hotel to be conveniently located, right in front of the railroad and very close to the downtown area. The rooms were decent with a fridge and microwave, but lacked any art or accouterments and were not thoroughly cleaned under the beds. The service was satisfactory and the laundry service was a plus. However, the location being right in front of the railroad could be noisy at times.
